Michael Henry(d9) - Label Owner, Producer, Composer, Performer - Michael has been in the Music Industry since the age of 7, performing and touring in many bands such as 'Afrikan Starr', 'Apple on the Drum' and 'Mau Mau'.

He recently co produced the Steel Pulse album 'Afican Holocaust', which was nominated for a Grammy Award and 'International Reggae and Music Award' in 2005. His last 2 sinlges 'Can't Take My Eyes Off You' and 'Castle Skies' are still being played and selling on the internet world wide. He has also written music for 3 BBC television programs and numerous radio and theatre projects.

Rachael Cox - Operations Manager - Rachael worked with the band Mau Mau for 11 years as a backing vocalist, in which time she recorded 5 singles and performed extensively around the UK. She helped with management and promotion which included setting up gigs, liasing with press, radio, telelvision and record companies.

For the last 15 years Rachael has been Projector manager and Co - Ordinator for PALS Arts & Media. Transfering her wide breadth of skills Rachael continues to further the growth and development of Dubtransmissions.

Jon Hawkesford - Label Manager, Producer, Composer, Musician - Jon trained in classical piano from the age of 7 and music has been a major part of his life ever since. His interest broadened into music technology and composition in his late teens, and since completing his degree at Bath Spa University has impoved his skills and knowledge working alongside experienced people.

Jon works in music of all genres, for all types of media working on many projects including BBC education program 'The Black Britons', co writing and engineering for dubnine, Yas-ko, Mark Dwayne and Connecting Roots.
